Compendium Travel
The Compendium Company

Travel management, built on the platform that runs the property.

Most agencies book a room and lose sight of it. We own the software the hotel runs on — so the reservation, the folio, the ledger and the settlement are the same record, end to end.

What we're building

A travel manager with an unusual advantage: we already run the operating system for the properties our travellers stay in.

01

Managed travel

Booking and itinerary management for private clients and companies — air, hotel, ground and the things that actually go wrong at 11pm on a Sunday.

02

Direct property access

Live availability and rates straight from the properties themselves, not scraped from a third party and hoped to still be true at checkout.

03

One record, end to end

The booking, the folio, the commission and the settlement are the same object in the same ledger. Nothing is reconciled by spreadsheet.

04

Group & event travel

Room blocks, event schedules and billing handled against the property's real inventory rather than an allocation somebody has to remember to release.

Why this is different

The travel industry is layers of intermediaries, each holding a partial copy of the truth and reconciling it after the fact.

  • We own the property software. Hospitality360 runs the front desk, the restaurant and the books for the hotels we work with.
  • Availability is live. Rooms come from real inventory minus real reservations — not a stored counter that drifts.
  • Commission is tracked, not chased. Earned, owed and received are three different numbers and we hold all three.
  • Nothing is double-sold. A room held in the property's system cannot be sold again by anyone downstream.
